Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return.

Custom or personalised leather goods
Items that have been used, worn, or altered
Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
